1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reangle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Services

Reangle is an AI-powered social media management tool that helps you repurpose bookmarked content into platform-specific drafts for X, Threads, LinkedIn, Blog, Newsletter, Bluesky, and Mastodon. We provide content generation, scheduling, auto-posting, and analytics features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to content you submit to Reangle. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for providing the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Billing Policy. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage
  • Posting spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
  • Attempting to exploit, harm, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or our staff
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation
  • Using the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
  • Circumventing credit limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the service without permission

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reangle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months or $100, whichever is less.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Introduction

Reangle uses third-party AI technologies including Google Gemini Flash to automatically generate social media post drafts and images based on content you provide (bookmarks, articles, URLs, etc.). AI-generated content is inherently unpredictable and may contain errors, biases, or inaccurate information.

1. No Warranty of Accuracy

All AI-generated content provided by Reangle is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content
  • Non-infringement of third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Freedom from errors, misinformation, or bias
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Compliance with laws or platform policies
  • Freedom from offensive, discriminatory, or objectionable content

AI-generated content is provided as an assistive tool only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining the appropriateness of content before publication.

2. Your Responsibility

By using the Reangle service, you agree to take full responsibility for:

  • Carefully reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing
  • Verifying the factual accuracy of claims, citations, and statistical data
  • Ensuring content does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Complying with the content policies of each platform (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, etc.)
  • Editing, modifying, or deleting AI-generated content as necessary
  • Accepting all legal liability arising from published content

You understand and agree that you are the final creator and responsible party for all published content, whether you publish AI-generated content as-is or with edits.

3. Copyright Infringement Risk

While our AI systems are designed to generate original content by summarizing and reinterpreting source articles, we cannot guarantee that generated content will not unintentionally reproduce or resemble third-party copyrighted works.

You agree to:

  • Not publish content that appears to substantially reproduce third-party copyrighted works
  • Attribute or cite original sources where appropriate (limit direct quotations to 25 words)
  • Promptly remove content upon notice of potential copyright infringement
  • Indemnify Reangle against copyright infringement claims arising from content you published

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reangle shall not be liable for the following arising from or related to AI-generated content you publish:

  • Third-party claims, lawsuits, or legal actions
  • Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement claims
  • Defamation, libel, or privacy violation claims
  • Publication of inaccurate, misleading, or harmful information
  • Account suspensions or bans by social media platforms
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, reputation, data, or opportunities
  • Business interruption or service disruption

Reangle's total liability for claims related to AI-generated content shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) $100 (¥10,000), or (b) The amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Reangle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Content you published using the Reangle service
  • Claims of infringement or misappropriation of third-party intellectual property rights
  • Violations of social media platform Terms of Service
  • Publication of defamatory, false, misleading, or illegal content
  • Your violation of this Disclaimer or our Terms of Service

Platform Connection Agreement

Introduction

This Platform Connection Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth additional terms applicable when you connect social media accounts (X, Bluesky, Mastodon, and other supported platforms) through the Reangle service and use auto-posting features. These terms supplement the Reangle Terms of Service.

1. Authorization and Representations

By connecting a social media account to Reangle, you represent and warrant that:

Account Ownership

You are the legitimate owner or authorized administrator of the account being connected

Authority

You have the authority to grant Reangle permission to post automatically on your behalf

Platform Terms Compliance

You agree to comply with each platform's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and automation policies

2. Credential Security

2.1 Secure Storage

Your credentials and access tokens are encrypted and stored using:

  • AES-256-GCM encryption (industry standard)
  • Scrypt key derivation function
  • Minimum 32-character ENCRYPTION_SECRET
  • Supabase encrypted database storage

2.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activity on connected accounts (automated and manual)
  • Security of platform account credentials
  • Promptly reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity
  • Maintaining account security best practices (strong passwords, 2FA, etc.)

3. Platform-Specific Terms

X (Twitter)

X (formerly Twitter) has strict automation rules under the X Developer Agreement and Platform Policy. Violations may result in:

Reangle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. We cannot guarantee that using Reangle will not result in account penalties.

Bluesky

Bluesky uses the AT Protocol which grants specific permissions. When you connect Bluesky, you authorize Reangle to:

You can revoke Reangle's access at any time from your Bluesky settings.

Mastodon

Mastodon is a federated network of independent instances, each with its own rules and moderation policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

Reangle bears no liability for:

  • Account suspensions, shadow bans, or permanent bans by platforms
  • Loss of followers, engagement, or account reputation
  • Platform policy violations resulting from automated posts
  • Content moderation actions by platforms
  • Changes to platform APIs or policies that affect Reangle's functionality
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform connections

5. Disconnection

You may disconnect a platform at any time from your Reangle Account Settings. Disconnection will:
